Markets are run every Saturday Pukekohe and will start in Mercer from the 4th February - every Sunday.  
Excluding Waitangi Day, Anzac Day and Christmas Day.

Free admission and carparking

Pukekohe Fees:
​Single (3mx3m) exc food stalls.   $20.00
Double and ALL food stalls.         $30.00

Mercer Fees:
Regular Stall   $30
​Food Trucks.  $45

Anything bigger is to be negotiated with market management
Fundraising stall for legitimate club/group is free of charge for the first week

New Stallholders:
Come prepared with a 'float", items priced and good signage.  Anyone wishing to sell food must have a current food licence.  We have an unrestrictive  competitive policy which means anyone is welcome to sell similar goods . However, special consideration is given to high cost perishable goods (e.g fish).  We do not allow sausage sizzle fundraising stalls.

Food Licence:
Cooked food will be required to be prepared in a commercial kitchen. Pukekohe stallholders require an Auckland Regional Council Mobile Food License and Mercer stallholders require a Waikato Regional Council Mobile Food Licence.
